Maximum of 2 hour cancellation time permitted prior to service commencing. Hours of service may vary due to house size. Please advise us of number of Bathrooms, Bedrooms to accomodate your booking. Should workers arrive and service is cancelled or no access to property permitted, please note the client will be charged for the service. Cleaning Service is only provided once Quote has been approved. (Some items may not be able to be cleaned due to either manufacturers instructions. Late fees will incur a 10% Surcharge. Should Trudi's Cleaning & Maintenance Services not be able to provide the service there will be no fee to the client, and the clients booking will be rescheduled. A $60 fee will be charged if we arrive to quote you and you are not there. 2 Hours notice is required to cancel a quote request. This can be done online or by calling us directly.
